Point Grey, WA, AU   Had my cousin in town who I hadn't seen for the last 30 years and also saw the wind in Mandurah reading 2 knots higher than yesterday.  He is a keen ocean swimmer so the plan was to catch up during the drive and he'd swim while I did more exploration of Nrimba Cay.  Whilst the Willy Weather app reported 12-13 knots it was only 8knots on arrival.   Since he was keen to swim regardless I headed out too with the objective of checking water depth north of the Cay and doing it slowly for future trips.    Didn't ever get going but aimed at a yellow buoy north of the cay, hadn't noticed yesterday but this was one of many heading in what seemed exactly east/west direction every 250-300m and marking the extent of Austin Bay Nature reserve. The north western most buoy seems to mark the northern tip of the Cay. There is also a suspiscious dark spot on the satellite image very close to this northern buoy which could be another hazard.  On return again hit the Cay despite being at least 400m north of the north white pole marker which required getting off and walking with a 28cm fin.  Was very pleasant in the sun.
