Melville Beach, WA, AU. Quick pleasant sail in the sun with Reg and the captain.   Wind was all over the place but almost had 20 minutes of continous wind.   Forgot to put the uphaul rope on so stayed well on the sandbar as didn't fancy trying to water start in the lulls of which there were many. Fin was dredging in the lulls which made it hard to get going.  120 Tabou rocket, 8.6 Severne Turbo M4, FF28

On the yacht (120L Patrik) again with 7m Mach 3 and as Anita said at least it was warm and sunny and plenty of folks on the water.  Other than that it was the standard gusty SSW at Melville but nice flat water as a result. Flex and Anita completed the three wise personages.

There was no where near as much wind as Seabreeze said there was at the Dolphin pylon, but there was enough when I arrived to suck me into rigging very conservatively, which was nice in the gusts but I did spend a lot of time just plodding. On the plus side, I did sail non stop for an hour, I only fell off on one gybe, the sun was out, it was warmish and Flex and Reg were good company as always. A good training run.
