Albany, WA, AU M95s Iso80 scr6.3 fangy 18s & 19 I started early today to catch some of the tide which was very low again today however the wind was good. Started on the m95 and18s. Wind was a little light at this point. Switched to the fangy 19,( a modded 22 ) for much better upwind performance and was now able to stay with Flex upwind. Tried the nm a couple of times but the low water and high weed was draggy. I played around on the iso 80 for a while but foostraps needed tightening and adjusting so called it around 12. Ronnie and Evets did an afternoon session up in the top corner. Another top Albany day.

Lilacs JP55SL FF20 andTr16 7.0

Decided to go for alphas, had a natter with flex, great to meet another happy Lilacs sailor. Well done on the PB alpha Flex.

Did several 25.75 ish alphas but could not improve. Also dis a few too wide, 24s and other variations.

flex mentions the flat water and steady wind, even with these I can find dozens of ways to mess up alphas :-)

Cliff joined me at the end and Ron popped by, an waesome spot to sail and nice people. Life at its best IMHO.

And super to start the new year with a top 5 :-)
