I though optimistically by rigging the 5.8. I was wrong, missed any wind and lucky to get back over the channel. Great company though.

Liptons

Fun sail, not as windy as last week but got to try out the 47 mistral, not bad handles the chop well and can see with the right ammount of wind would be fast, will keep it for a while while I get used to the board.

Mistral 47 22KAR 5.7

Pt Walter, WA

Quick blast on the bay opposite Pt Walter on the WindTech CM with 6.3 Loft RB. Pretty bumpy ride but lots of fun. Nice work to the crew who made it down to Liptons (Ant, Woody, Boz).

Foilville.

I didn't have time for a Liptons mission today, so decided I'd send it at Melville on the foil instead Wink

It looked proper windy when I rocked up to Foilville around 3, and Senor Snides reported that his ding was assaulted by 30K gusts, so I was forewarned.

Rigged the slalom foil set up with 550 front wing + 95 fuse.

5.8 Koncept and I was good to go.

Pretty gnarly mid-river, so I missioned up to Melville for some flattish water and some brutal bullets.

Heaps of fun sending it into the shallows off Kiter beach, so I played a while and got the foil PBs I was looking for in 2-sec and 5X. Smile

Headed back downwind and made it back before the 5:30 switch off.  Great sesh Cool

I'm glad you got some speeds Woody, I wasn't sure if you were rigging or de-rigging as I drove off.
