Stephen (4756km): Fun session, Nelson - Atawhai high tide. Wind was NW 15-20knots. Forecast was for wind peaking in the evening (after the tide had gone out) but I applied the golden rule of using wind while it was there and I'm glad I did! Wind died as the rain came in the evening. Wind was up and down but as it was NW I tried a couple of NM runs, there was almost enough wind to be powered the entire NM on the second run but sadly had a lull (speed dropped to 23knots) half way through. Miranda (10206km): Mikez V1 135 foilboard, SB 85/900/225 .One run on 775 front wing.Naish 6.5.Short session Lyttleton harbour before wind died. Scary on the 900 front wing.
Dan (48894km): Lyttelton Harbour. Started off with some wind but soon dropped to very little. Came in and was going to call it a day then it kicked in again. Borderline foiling on the 5.1. Second time out was rather gusty but still really fun. Amazing how well the small sail works with a little wind and small front wing. JP 135 R6 5.1 575/105/200@0
