716 days ago Albany, WA, day 2. Started the morning doing the Granite Skywalk since our cottage was close, and it looked interesting. Was a fun walk but 2 hours uphill and downhill used more energy that 2 more hours of speedsurfing! Started sailing in the early afternoon with 6.2/M95/21. The fin was a questionable choice - it felt quite draggy, probably because the water level was a little lower than the day before. When Nina switched down to 5.0, I took her 5.5, but the wind dropped a bit shortly after that, and a couple of nauti attempts ended quite disappointing. Fortunately, I had done one attempt earlier with the 6.2, and improved my PB by almost 2 knots. The small PBs for 2 and 5x10 s are just icing on the cake.

716 days ago Albany, WA. Mike's 43, first 5.5 (top speed) then 5.0, 17 SD. Had hoped to do more alphas but could not keep speed in the weed today, so switched to nauti runs. First attempt was disappointing, but thanks to tips from Daffy and a bit more wind, the next run resulted in a new PB.
