Miranda (10103km):  2 categories   Greenpark Huts. new bar, NE 20-25kts. isonic 44, Mikez fin,Sev OD 5.5. Trouble getting started and only did 5 runs. Once I was planning on it was great. Each run just got faster and faster, although it didn't feel like it. Still can't believe I topped 37 knots, that was next year's goal, now I have to go for 38 kts. Dan (48635km):  5 categories    Greenpark huts. Great day in the lake. A nice 20 to 25 knots of wind at a good angle for the first section of the bar. Managed a peak speed over 40 today on the 6.3. Considering the sail is passed its use by date. Very happy with the results. Reakon i can get more for sure. Well done Miranda on her pbs. Some rather fast speeds from her too. Pete (15599km):  3 categories  Christchurch Estuary, NZ ..Very enjoyable evening on the estuary, the best conditions were actually after the sun went down. Very happy with my Alpha, both my Motions gps's are set to 10Hertz and recorded remarkably similar figures, the other one has it at 23.163 knots - Have been trying for more than two years to beat my previous best which was 22.9knots. Carbon Art 82, Loft RB 5.0, Tribal 18 .. Terrific speeds Dan and Miranda, ..37 knots is very impressive indeed Miranda | ||||||||||||||||||
