Lyttelton Harbour, Foil session , Mikez 135, 85/650/225 Naish RL 6.5, foll by fin session Dand CA, 103, VENON 40. Great session on foil, with 21 kt 2 sec. Fun session on Dan's board, apparently I was airborne at one stage, which wasn't my intention.

Christchurch Estuary, NZ ..Mostly trying for Alpha's, but was repeatedly being dumped wide by an unfavourable shear in the breeze in kitesurfers corner, and was having trouble staying high enough in flat enough water (to avoid running aground) at the opposite end - Was also feeling a bit wary having come very close indeed to a big catapult after hitting something with my conventional shaped Maui 28. ..Still great fun sailing until sundown on the flat water though.
