NNW at the pond ... not the best direction but it was flat. I misjudged the tide so was dredging most of the time.

536 days ago Lake Kondinin with the Wise Wheatbelt Wind Warrior of the West Sir Bozinator. Original plan was make go/no go call at 7am but made the fatal mistake of watching the forecast till 10am. As always it tracked exactly to forecast and we only set off at 10am. Wind booted in right about 10am when we should have been on water so for the entire 3hrs drive we missed the best of the wind. On arrival Boz optimistically rigged 5.7 and somehow got going but was 7m or bigger for me and the big board big fin. First few laps were recon down the bank and some lumps of claynear the bank kept us about 10m off the bank which was glass for 2m. Running the FF18 would have enabled sailing right down the bank but some more water and will be fine. Beautiful blue sky sunny cruise with long 2 1/2 Km runs. Boz made the call to start heading back but I was greedy and went for another lap but was bad call as was almost a 3km chug fest back to base. Luckily finally scored a gust with Boz flashing his head lights to steer me home. Rigged down in beautiful sunset and awesome super full moon rise. Thought it would be wet so camped at the pub. Totally no one here. Hard to beat. iSonic 117, KAR 7, FF28

Another adventure to the wheat belt with Sir Flex. Awesome spot for a sail offering large expanse of water and a 2k+ Speed bank. Pity we left 3 hours late my fault as we have done these areas for the last several weeks and predicted v actual is spot on so we should have just left early. Tomorrow another day and testing what possibly is the Holy Grail speed run (Lake with no name)😁

First time sailing at Boombas today. Had some big gusts come through but it was choppy conditions, on the edge of explosion on some of the runs. Had fun and good to be back on the water for the first time in a few weeks.

536 days ago Sketchy day out at Boombers or Point Gray don't know which. Really gusty and the chop was gnarly. Got a couple of good speed runs. Saw Gloria, Waricle and some other people out aswell which is pretty good. New wetsuit worked a charm. All in all it was good.

536 days ago Point Grey, WA, AU Lovely and sunny when I first arrived, wind a bit all over the place but lovely to be out on the water. Very unfit Joined by Warricle and Decrepit. Ant and Kai turned up just as the real gusts set in. Woody dropped in but decided he'd wait for tomorrow. .Carbon art board and 6.0 severe ncx. Can't wait for summer to be back! At least Anita and I have Cocos island to look forward to!
