350 days ago Coodanup, WA, AU. Got a late start trying to fix battern on 5.7 sail as thought I would need it. Arrived and there were some nice strong gusts and the forecast was epic so rigged 5.2. What a waste of time. Rigged 7m and Slowy turned up with some more new toys to play with and that guaranteed no strong wind. Turned out justa nice cruise with many others on the super flats. Bit over the drive back with horrendous traffic. iSonic 86, KAR 7, FF18V4

350 days ago Epic day out on the water today!!!! Lovely to see Pete, Rob, Mike, Anita, Gloria, Boz and others out all shredding. Felt so good to get on the water after a crappy day yesterday. Tryed my gybes, freestyle catapult crash thing, even though it was a low speed, you gotta go out in style! Shocked to see some 2sec PBs, deffifinately felt perfectally powered. At Coods today, for my last Naut, I went way past the dead trees near boundary island and went out onto the second point. Did a full slingshot Nautical mile! That run I could feel my quads starting to cramp, not fun. Tryed to get some steezy hand drags but they all failed. On my Jp Freestyle Wave, Neil Pryde, 3.0 One, and on the famous Fangy fin. All in all it was fantastic. 🍄

A disappointing session. Less wind than expected, less speed than hoped for, planned board stuck in bag with salted up zips ( shows how long it has been since I sailed in any decent wind). NM speed limited by scraping along the bottom for about half of the distance, 22FF too big for the low tide, lots of sanding to be done on Saturday... even after WD40 zips are still firmly stuck. Plastic zip with metal slider...

Thanks to Anita for the loan of the speed board. Not quite the best conditions but was super fun trying something different. The board is very user friendly and surprisingly easy to get going in moderate winds.
