Melville Beach, WA, AU. Less wind, more holes and a lot more people than yesterday....still, a fine alternative to mother in law.  iSonic 97, KAR 7, TWS 29

The light seabreeze over the water was glistening.

Out came the 3.6 Neil Pryde Fly,

Determined to give it another try.

Walked my board out slowly just listening.

Stopped to say hi to Gloria, we had a lovely chat.

We both beach started slowly putting along,

Not going fast, or even planning, it just felt wrong.

Just got planning, and tryed a carve gybe, then I went splat.

I got up and dusted myself of, salt in my hair.

Wind picking up a knot or two, 

Everyone thinking, 'could it be true?'

The joy when it was, was extremely fair.

Planning around and got bruttely flung,

Life flashed before my big brown eyes,

Hit the water with the up most surprise.

Tangled up quite dreadfully indeed, I just twitched as I hung.

Alas, all good things come to an end.

Packed up my gear and drove away,

I shed an internal tear, I just wanted to stay!
