Fun session on the wingding off Long Reef, overpowered for most of it but managed to hold on the the large wing. Some reaaly nice rolling swells, sets up to about 2m. Still struggling to gybe with so much going on (ride height on the chopping surface, acceleration from wave as you turn => breach or unexpected touchdown,focussing on either the board or the wing too much, taking pressure of inside edge mid gybe etc etc ).

Great session until the only bluebottle in the entire area got stuck into my forearm when I was climbing back on the board -  unbelievably painful compared to previous stings, affecting right up into my armpit lymph node. Very swollen this morning.
