Fox 105 Litre, 6.0 Gator, 34 Tribal Powermax. A nice session in the rough stuff, then it dropped off.

I kept the 6.0 sail and jumped on the Stingray with my new foil, Neil Pryde Flight 80. Nice - although scared myself a bit at first - it wants to go FAST and I was porpoising all over the place.

Worked out the mast base needs to be at 180 to get lift, rather than 185 as works with the Severne Redwing. Started to get used to it a bit. The Flight keeps speed around the Gybes even I'm trying to land it - will take some getting used to but - "I think we're going to be very happy together".

The foil makes an alarming whistling sound as soon as you build up any speed. Like a dock worker seeing a mini-skirt. Professor Google says you fix this by sanding the trailing edge of the mast. Will try it because frankly it's irritating.
