Windier before lunch but too choppy for this flat water princess. Enjoyable sail all the same. Gloria braved the conditions well and it was great to see some new faces. The Shroom was shredding. Stack of the day went to Rob. Boz and the Stretchyman were still sailing after everyone else had packed up. Nobody told them to stop. A great afternoon with a great crew. Oaf (7402km):  #winging Halls Head, WA, AU Just a short session out in the waves at Town Beach. Nice to be riding some bigger lumps. Good company. One nice sqiggle in the green. (That beach has been washed away again, I wasn't on the sand)

Elmo (31426km):  Tabou Manta 71, NP RSR E8 7.0, JP weed 36 Morning sail (in theory) at Avalon Bay, wind looked a LOT more than reality. Managed one powered run, rest chugging, falling over or struggling to water start. Got the gear back to the car and the wind picked up. Shoulder didn't like it and had to do some panel beating on knee and shin. Surprisingly warm, which was the only redeeming factor. | ||||||||||||||||||
