Nice to get out again, 2nd time in 4 months

Wind was pretty up and down, not tropical yet, hands froze so I binned it.

That Flikka 22 is a mighty small fin for those conditions Pete.

I guess due to that weed?

It's pretty bad.

I think its partly an illusion Mike - I've just compared a conventional Drake 30 (which also works really nicely in my CA82) to the Flikka 22, and surface area wise, there's not a lot of difference. ..My rationale these days is that weed fins extend potential sailing time on the estuary and the sailable surface area of water. 

..can only rail the Drake on the leeward side, but can rail the Flikka on both sidesLaughing
