96 days ago 2 categories Coodanup, WA, AU CA63 LRB 5.6 FangyS21 Sunny, very low tide on a nice fresh breeze. Big crowd today. Nice to see the familiar faces enjoying the fresh breeze. Sailed with Gloria, and with Rob and Rob and Barry and the Fangman from The Mandurah Mob. Lots of others as well. Some big speeds thru the weed channels. Good fun.

Hardie (35900km):
95 days ago Liptons Bay I didnt have the energy to write up yesterdays sessions at Liptons. Very low tide which kept it reasonably flat but the flattest water where I did my high 30's runs were very shallow and in the gybes I was grounding and the few times I stopped I had 50/100 metres walk to get to deeper water. The run into Liptons Bay is choppy which makes it scary than in the past when the weed was dampening it down, higher tide will only make things worse, so I have to concede that my fave speed run 2kms from my place is not up to its usual standard. Towards the end the gusts were getting stronger and 40kt runs were on the cards, but it just kept getting shallower, so not wanting to injure myself I called it. Bugger the windiest days I'm going to Fangies (Very Sad Face, with tears rolling down).
Also if you look at my 5 x 10sec average, it was relatively low, as the runs were very short because it was so shallow, I'm gutted my home speed run is ruined this year
