13 days ago Melville Beach, WA, AU. Short session in the sun with the same standard set of sailors (and one annoying teabag). Sailing session was severed due to shortage of spaces to set my SUV (van) so had to start at the secret storm sewer slipway situated six hundred meters south. The sailing seconds were severed shorter as setup sail size seven before seeing this was silly as there was a surfet of swift breeze so switched to six (three). Almost severed the sail on a sapling whose size had swelled whilst squeezing through the small space to the start. Once put to sea though was very satisfactory sailing in the smooth shallows by myself, only sharing the space with seaweed, squid, stingrays and seagulls (and that damm teabag) soothing the soul in the solitude. Said hi to Snickers who started as I stopped, shuffled around somewhat waiting for Slowy to cease who should have something (for me) but this was senseless sacrifice of sand (through the hr glass) so scurried on. Only snag in this swell story is whilst strolling the stretched slog back to where I had situated my stuff, I managed to sever my shin* trying to be smart using Nico's swell suggestions on schleping swag on that sharp thing on the shady side of board. Its ok, its only a scratch, but I'm a sissy. (*heel but that doesn't rhyme). Surprisingly I sped off leaving my Starboard iSonic, skullcap and other stuff at the shore but my sillyness was soon sorted, switched back and stuff was not stolen. iSonic97, KAR6.3, FF22(18)

110 Radix 7m Apache 33 sym speed.
Hit the water a bit before 4, but still plenty of fun in the gusts. Not as much pressure as the previous two sessions but enough for the 7m at times. Great fun blasting with the usuals. Breeze stayed in till quite late- did some drag racing with Shane.

13 days ago 1 categories Coodanup, WA, AU. Great sail in a sea of red sails today. I think Waricle and I were the only people not on Sv gear. No big gusts to really send it, but fun sail all the same ps. Dammit Boz, I only needed to sail a few hundred meets more to knick your JB Boz!
