Marmong Point, NSW, AU

Very nice surprise as it was a bit stronger than predicted. Had a pleasant little sail with Mick,Glenn and Paul.

10-18kts S - SSE Valentine, NSW, AU

 6.5m Turbo- WT57 ( 90ltres) - 28cms WT weedy for a few runs

then WT64 ( 112ltres) - 35cms Tectonics weedy

I probably could have held the 7.2m on the 90 but some of the gusts were strong at the start. A few runs on the smaller board which was great in the strong stuff but tiring in the lulls . I swapped to the bigger board and still had to work to get going at times but the gusts were fun.

It was flatter than usual so I't s pity I didn't have a bigger sail .

I got the 1st planing inside gybe  that I've had for years. Unfortunately there was a lull on the exit so I didn't get a decent alpha. Chuffed though., especially as I had to cross lumpy  boat wake as I gybed...Cool

Murray and Jeff were coming in from windfoiling as I rigged. Paul and I on fins plus the usual wingers.

 A pleasant afternoon..zzz

Some d..heads on the roads on the way home. Dangerous overtaking , getting back in 100m before they had a head on with oncoming traffic..Undecided

Wallis Lake, NSW, AU. Well here i am again, on mini windsurfari up the road. All i want for Christmas is some weed, speed, flat, sun and fun. Got it all and some here today, except speed, maybe the 7.5 would have been the better choice but i was tentative on the power since i’m still sussing out the spot. Was alone before Gabe arrived, but this time he came out so it was good to sail with him and see where he goes.
Patrik F-Race 120, Ezzy 6.5, 23 pepe

I swung by the sailing club later. Young fella Don who recently got vintage longboard kit was having a go and a winger , they convinced me for another sesh at sunset. That happened on JP SLW 165, Ezzy 7.5, 28ff, no back strap, boardies Cool
