waricle (20257km):  4 categories     Albany, WA, AU CA63 LRB 5.0 TWS 27 Hazy, windy warm and bumpy. Jumped the gun and went out when it was high tide and bumpy. When I gave it away the conditions had improved remarkably. A good crowd of the usual suspects here for the weekend. Sailed with decrepit and Gloria and too many to name. The smart sailors were launching as I was finishing. Great to be back in Albany.

Decrepit (55579km):  1 categories Hit the water too early, didn't look to bad, but there was enough chop to make it very hard work for me. Water was right up to the bank at Lilacs, could sail from about a meter from the shore. Wind seemed a bit up and down with strong gusts, so went with the 60cm board with 23cm@40/60 and 5.2 speed. This combo was surprisingly good, but I just couldn't get comfortable in the chop. If I'd waited another 2hrs I think it would have been better.
