Area 45, Mahers Landing, VIC, AU

Tribal Libero 108, KA Koncept 6.6, Tribal Powermax 34

Challanging day out with 15 windsurfers and 3 kiters at Mahers

Wind was 20 kts ESE.  Water was not its usual flat self

Good to see people getting out and challenging themselves in the conditions

Any day over 30 is a good day especially on free ride gear!

Ohh and it was great that Muffin Pete from the Pit crew provided his normal sustainence

What a fun sesh with a good sized crew. It looks like my 2s peak was virtually identical going from the Isonic 63/ 28 Atomic (early on at higher tide)vs the Falcon 52.5/19 both on a Moto 6.8m. Switching down in board size, the 52.5 at 70l understandably felt like it required a bit more focus, particularly when gybing to get it dialled in. Anyway, great work crew! I thought I would've recorded over 35kn as I felt like I was going to get launched into the stratosphere. I'll just have to keep trying... Sorry I missed your "trick", Salty.

It looks like it was 17-22 knots EESE with 25 knot gusts.
