sboardcrazy (27946km):  5 - 12kts patches 12-15kts plus SSW level 0.33 - 35m Buff Pt Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU 5.5m Mach2 - Rs2 ( 90ltres) - 22cma atomic Rigged for the forecast rather than what we had. Too small a sail and too big a fin. Plodded up towards the pole to get a bit more depth. Couldn't gybes on the E side , I'd end up balanced on the fin. A few fun gybes on the deeper side . I didn't bear away a lot as I was careful of the depth. Some great flat areas. I risked gybing in the weed today and survived. I'm happy with the alpha as the 2 sec was 21kts at that time. Had a fun trip in, although I wasn't keen on the noise of the fin scraping along the bottom at one stage. Another 5kts with consistency and 5cms depth and it would have been epic! Mike , Mick , Mitch and I . Greg K , Matt , Greg F, JD and Vally went out as I derigged and it looked like it had died.
