Pinnaroo Point, foiling 4.2 first go on 65 wing. then wave board which is the 2 sec peak. not enough wind for the wave board and that sail but getting to be too much for foil, smaller wing really helped.

Looking forward to those big numbers from the rest of the team.

I would have liked to have been at Liptons today but I am still struggling to breathe and low on energy. I couldn't resist a short session in that strong wind though, so I just had a short blast locally. Good fun and good to catch up witha bunch of friends. It was so busy when I arrived that I couldn't get a spot in the carpark, but by the time I had rigged and chatted traffic on the water has thinned out.

I intended to use the 5m sail but forgot to pack the 370 mast

Windy and gusty

105 Rocket, 5.8 Koncept. 22 delta

Pretty overpowered in the gusts

Nice to see Anita back out

Great Christmas present this afternoon at Liptons, enough wind to be fully powered with the 5.4 gusty and not much flat water so could not get too many good runs.

Nice session down at Liptons with a big crew. Tested out a new Loft 6.1 Speed Blade on the Cruise Missile. Great combo and the sail felt very powerful and made for smooth acceleration in the gusts. Quite choppy for Liptons due to the big tide but nevertheless, heaps of fun. Not a bad way to spend boxing day!

Very satisfying to get a good blat at Liptons this time of year. Wind really booted in about 4pm as the tide steadily rose. A high tide prevented outstanding speeds (Slowboat the exception) and the chop in the channel was Swan river level. Good to catch up with a good turnout of Pinnas and a few locals.

Fun with a big crew out, thanks to ant and Ben for loan of mast extension and base after mine fell apart, quite choppy but some nice bullets coming through.

Had a great sail today in Mandarah, testing out Peel inlet for the first time. I was well powered on the 6.2 with a 53 Patrik speed board but it wasn't quite enough power off the wind to crack 40kts.

Some proper wind! Great to see a solid pinvasion with Woody, Boz, Greg, Dan, Kenny and Andrew. Thanks Boz for steering me in the right direction with sail size, relieved to see the back up UJ did the job. More tape added to the old koncept just a couple of days ago. Had a few bo peeps at point Grey but after running aground last time I ventured that way I was a little shy of the best water. Tried, tried and tried again at Liptons with a couple of board / fin combinations but the best result came late in the arvo when most sailors had dry feet using the isonic 86 / tsw29 combo. Thanks father christmas. Whooot!

Nuking at Liptons today!!

Powered up on the Gladiator 90 + 6.6 TR7 + 27 Tribal WS.

Best peak was in Liptons corner, but Point Grey was better for 10 second runs.

Pretty happy with the Alpha, cos I only managed one good one. An earlier attempt ended in me going over the front when the fin let go, skipping across the water like a bouncing bomb!

Great sesh, crazy windy, just not much flat water around.

Inspired hearing Hardies WoooHooos in Liptons cornor I got a few nice runs after trying out Pt Grey. Good to see Greg, Andrew,  Dan, Kenny, Kai, Ant, Ben, Boz and the familiar locals. Windy and choppy for Liptons fun sail. Falcon 56 Vapor 5.6 Wp 23

Congratulations Steve, on some very healthy numbers for your first post. Welcome to the competition. If you are having trouble with your watch, just send an email to the team and ask.

Yay Ben! Glad you managed to get down to Liptons and found a sweet combo. Congratulations on two sweet PBs.

If I had known so many of you were going to Liptons I would have come and brought our trophy to show you, because I will have to send it on soon. I did ask everyone to let me know where you were sailing...

Nice one guys. Congrats on the PBs. Looks like the wind booted again with the southerly switch before sunset -the lone cannonball was flying out there.
