didn't turn gt11 on early enough, poor thing got confused and thinks I sailed 5,325Km at an average speed of 1,091.74Kts.

When I can be bothered booting into windoze, I'll be able to run realspeed and get doppler distance.

Didn't have to boot windoze, figured how to delete invalid tracks in gpsarpro.

New batten in 6.0 works better, but need a slightlly bigger fin than the 20cm for it.

tried the thomen speed board and the Mandurah mob weapon, both worked OK with the 6.0 but the wind was dropping too fast to compare them.

Took to long to rig up and go out, by time got on water wind started to drop, till eventually had to grovel back.  Felt under-powered whole session.Cry  T1 RS 59, Gaastra Vapour 6m, less Cham 23.

JP Slalom Pro IV 68, NP RS4 6.7m, JP Freeride weed 36cm.

I'm in LurveSmile got the new Slalom IV to play with, first time out what a board, like a magic carpet ride, I've still got wood.

Tis a shame that the wind didn't eventuate, the 6.7 was never realy powered up, can't wait to get this beastie fired up in anger, the potential the board showed today was mind blowingCool

Nice afternoon out in the sunshine with the usual suspects plus several northerners who made the trip down.  It was great to see so many sails out on the water, lots of people comparing times and generally shooting the bull.

2 sec peak done on Elmo's JP board, JP weedy and NP sail, it was a good knot and a half quicker than my 6m Ezzy and strapper.  Thanks for letting me have a go on proper go-fast gear mate Smile

I think my next purchase will be one of those JP fins, it never once felt like it was starting to let go.  Rock solid, I want one Tongue out

Fairly good session, lot of good sailors around. Few tuning tips needed. Overpowered with the 6.0 so went down to 5.4 twin cam. Moved the harness lines and the mast trak back a fraction but still seemed to lose traction with the fin? ****ed if I know.  Maybe I'll take the hacksaw to the 31 and make it a 28?
