Boombuster (66243km): Down the banks off victoria point bit light but had some good gust come through good to see the B Crazy's trying for speed. Happy with my Alpha Stealth 6.5 CA SP50 Tech 30
ODIN (38126km): Today was a hard work day to catch those gusts and very gusty 17 to 22kts but some gusts did reach higher and the rain squall did reach up to 30kts which i just missed , i missed out in 2 good squalls by at least 7 to 10 sec catching what was left over of the squall n trying to make the best out of it FRINKIN HELL im so pissed off they would have been top runs. Today we had the 2 mobs sailing together Board crazy and us and it was a good session out with the guys and some new PBs good stuff. CA speed 50 , 6.4 stealth , 28cm F1 falcon.

Albert P. Jonsson (11746km): I was struggling today. It felt like I have been away from the water for months and also I rigged the 5.4 instead of the 6.6. Vicky Point, Mistral Screamer 104, Daytona 5.4 and Select fin 29. I still can't gybe, but at least I got a decent NM for my standards. Pierre and Glyn were flying. The swim does not seem to have affected Pierre that much.
mikey (16402km): Went to Burrum Heads hoping for some wind n flat water. Very on and off except for one big squall of about 25kts+. Warp slslom 58, 28 fin, 6.5 Steadth and 7kg lead and 2kg of wet sand in my weight jacket.
drjukka (2112km): Gusty 17-22 knots at Victoria Point. At times just not enough wind. Had an eventful trip home - hitting a sand bar and snapping my boom in 2 places (both sides) Thanks to Simon for the rescue - we both just made it home on the last squall. Exocet Warp Speed, Naish 6.0 Select viper 28 |
