Short sail for me today. Conditions were fairly windy with rough seas rolling in and rain pelting down. Only had 3 or 4 runs as i was overpowered through a combinatioin of too much board a crap fin that kept spinning out, windy as hell conditions and a lack of sailing for the last 2-3 months. So after my 3-4 runs i was knackered plus i had played 90 mins of of soccer beforehand(we won)Cool. Looking forward too tomorrow as i will be looking for a full day of sailing and the forecast is looking alright. Well done on the boys getting out today as i found it fairly hard work and i was only out there a short while. Thanks to izaak for helping me rescue my gear as it got sucked into the monstrous shore break that we had today.

Nice one Tom geez Perks this new bloke is a stirring bugger

I have to admit to being a bit soft today sat up on the bank in the van with the heater and wipers going watching the action. Truth be known I had trouble getting the signature on the leave pass so I saved my points and went home and watched the footy

Well done guys, excellent effort in the rain.  The 34 knot run down the swell lines is really motoring Tom, well done.  And that 1 hour was great Perks, always nice to get one above 20 knots.  Sorry that Steve and I and others down south haven't been able to contribute lately.  Hope you guys get another good sail in today.  No wind down here at the moment (Hobart 3 knots, gusting to 4!!).

it was probably a little too harsh what i said dave sorry.......Laughing.oh today up here still northerly 22 knots rain on and off, but i i dont think we will get alot out of the old blokes today, they are sore and battered.with weeping blisters, "whimps".but jordan and i might give it a go today its meant to swing so hopefully in the next hour at the most to catch the sand bar.

Not at all Izaak, we're being slack buggers ...  Totally wimped out last weekend, doing a 'Johno', sitting in the car looking at the wind, but deciding to go home instead of going out!!  Hope you get another sail in today.
