Nice to get a fast sail on the slalom board at Marion Bay after dredging all day Saturday on the Formula board in the Showdown Regatta.

Also great to see so many guys turn up especially Anthony Houston back on the water.

Sonic 94, 6.5 Pryde.

got the last bit of NE before it swung NW on the low tide, nice and flat in the swell lines just a pity is has swung NW may head back out later.far out it blew this morning 39 knots NE but decided to wait until the tide was on the turn.

headed back out in some epic swell with a newish ka wave sail and a very old dog of a wave board but far out this was quite good, got some massive jumps and some sick wave rides.just a bugger that my new wave board did not turn up last week.managed a 27knot peak threw some mayhem conditions.broke my mast but lucky its a crap old one we never use,but still.

Marion Bay, TAS, AU

Wow, great to get some wind after seeing it mrror calm on the river two days in a row!!  Went down to Marion Bay in heavy rain and no wind, hoping there may be some wind getting in there.  Turned out OK and ended up being 10 windsurfers out and a couple of kites.  Wind was up and down and it was a bit choppy at times, but good fun.

Great to see Anthony back out on the water!!

Kaleb looked very much in control and fast on his kit (OMG, I hope he doesn't beat my top speed today - I think he will)!!!

Sailed Severne 6.2 with Carve 90 to get my top speed and then changed to the iSonic 107 as I was off the plane a lot.  Managed a reasonable NM with this kit while it was windy.

Really looking forward to getting some good sails in over summer (when it arrives)!!

Great sail. Bit disapointed, was on the way for a good 1hr till the wind died.  Very happy with NM.

I had no time to go to east coast today,so would you believe I went out at Dorans Rd of all the places in a north east gusty as hell, But still I got wetLaughing

I had one good run i think, just as I was getting up to speed I would run out of water!!!!

well done everyone

Johno, it was a last minute desperate call at around 11:30am for four of us to go down to Marion and then the others all turned up.  Would have been great to have caught up with you there if we'd have known!!

Good to see you also got out Russ (and that you managed to work out your GPS)!!!
