What a blast had 38.25 as my display speed but got realspeeded when i checked the file, joined by Snake, Lao Shi and quite a few other Pinnas, wind never quite reached forecast level but was pretty good anyway

5059 days ago Started out around 13:00 with the 7.2 H2, 115 rocket and the kt 38 (kevlar tip pepe special) which now that it's reboxed at 38 instead of 41 seems a bit more solid, still got the whistle, but another coat of 2 pack will remove the pinholes. Went to the 6.6 koncept and 105 but the wind had picked up a bit and I couldn't be shagged rerigging so put the smaller 95 with a 28cm fin, by this time my arms gave up the ghost and I flagged it. Got 6 weeks off to improve my alpha so I'll take it easy. Too damned old to "go hard or go home", I'm Home now

Look at the conditions looked at my waisteline and figured time to give an hour a tickle.
Rigged up went out and blasted across to Claudesville, OMFG it was awesome over there, so nice to sail, stayed there for over an hour just blatting around, was realy happy with my gybing, only dropped 3, started getting the idea sorted with how to come out of them.
After the hour decided to head back as it was starting to get a bit patchy, hooked in and headed back Woo hoo it was exciting the chanel was super junky with the wind pushing against the incoming tide.
Got back to base, mocved the mast foot back a touch (the board was a bit sticky for the hour) and blasted of for a Naughty.
Fun session, stoked with the Hour PB

Piked out on the journey to claudsville, contented myself withb practising alphas in alphaland. did a NM run on the way there but ran out of wind half way down, got my top speed as I beared off between the 2 outside rockgarden markers.
Very pleased with my gybes, my feet are getting used to the new board now, still went in a bit too upwind and came out a bit downwind.
Should have stayed on the board more, would have been a better back up for Elmo's great hr
