Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU

Unexpectedly good S/SSE on the lake, maybe 20 knots in the gust, increasing during the session. Got onto the water at about 3:30pm. Great fun, with some very choppy water in the main part of the lake and some silky smooth water near Primbee. Out with Ben & Terry.

Pretty windy Southerly, a bit more than expected. Blasting on slalom boards with Dad.

Awesome going down on flat water on the eastern side of the lake. good for speed and laying some nice gybes. A nice constrast to large chop out in the middle of the lake. Great fun!

Thanks guys - bj is getting faster & faster - will have to get him some new gear I suppose Smile. Great arvo with almost no one out! The weather forecast was just wrong - windier yesterday than the previous day.

Thanks! I guess best way to beat the forecast is to get out every day. Good wind so might be hard to beat these current PBs
