Far too hot to work (no air con...) so no guilt about heading down for a sail. The wind was up, down and all over the place, but when it's 40 degrees there's no better place to be than on the water. Kept having to take a dip as it was too hot to be dry - well, either that or I was stuffing up a surprising number of gybes..!
Was in the hunt for an alpha PB with amazing flat water by the beach, but sadly too many holes in the wind to make it happen.
Managed to break a footstrap on my 105 Falcon early on (trying to lay the sail down) so struggled with the smaller volume in the lulls. But happy days none the less.
