Fun sail (in only around 20 knots) with Grumpy and later Stringer, Stroppo, Adam, Rod and Mitch.

Thought I'd try the F2 with a NM - feels a bit more secure in the chop than the Isonic but perhaps a little slower.

Bit of everything today. Started with an hour then went for a few nm's and then some runs down the bank. Had a few goes at an alpha but the kites kept getting in the way.

Good to sail with hollywood again. I could't talk him into an hour though, something about a pulled heart string.

101Is and 36JP weed then 86Is and 28GC weed, 6.3 LB.

Went down to Mandurah cos I thought it might be my last chance to post a Hardies NM for the naughty comp.

Disappointing mission. 

Got down there @ 2 and the breeze was only 10-12K.  Rigged for the forecast anticipating it coming in...M112 + 7.6 TR7 + 38 VSW.

One run on this setup...way underdone.

Grabbed the 135 Patrik + 44 VSW + same rig.  Still hopelessly underpowered.

Gave up any hope of stronger breeze and eventually had an OK sail after rigging the 8.4.  Breeze never got above 15-18K.

Ended up enjoying myself, but it was not what I was hoping for.

A very light wind at Peli Point this afternoon, but a long term goal achieved. About 20 years ago I set myself a goal of still windsurfing when I am 70 years old. Well I have just turned 70 and had a sail this afternoon to meet that goal. And it was great despite the lack of wind.

Iso 122 with Turbo 7.5 and 42 technics fin.

Sorry Anita that I could not get a 20Kn hour, only a 20Kn 2 sec peak. 

Dutchies after the W word before the wind dropped out.
