Had 6 runs and then put my foot through the sail in a stack.
She was all over after that foot is pretty sore.
On another note everyone was smashing it today, pbs everywhere. Well done to everyone who managed to grab a PB

Well worth the trip up north. Powered up for most of the time on the water, which is not bad when sailing the speed gear. Some nice gusts coming through. As always, a bit more wind would have been nice. Great to catch up with everyone - rarely see that many people on the run.
Well done to all with their PB's - what a great day!!!

4228 days ago 1 categories Fun sail at Port Sorrell. First time not sailing in the Hobart area and proper flat water. Got there about 45mins after the other southern guys, was super windy and could hardly get the gear to the water. Did a couple of careful runs to sus it out. First fast run was the best 2 sec. After that the wind backed off too much and ended up getting heaps of 35's. Was so keen for the 40! Oh well had fun doing some of the best gybes I've ever done in the flat water just before dark. Sailed IS86slim with R3 5.6. Well done to all the guys who got 40!
