5th day of sailing in a row!!!! About a 12-20knot breeze today. Started out quite light, I was the guinea pig. Went out on my Koncept 5.8 and Falcon 89. Had a couple of planing runs then it went light again. Then 15-20mins later it started to build and held solid 12-15 before cranking up toward 20. I went off to the drift and lucked a good gust to get my pb. Decided to head back to Cockys and go for nautical which was on the edge kinda stuff but I always felt in control which is a nice feeling. Was all excited to tell Larko about my pb and waited on the shore for him only to have him grab a ripper gust as I was watching him and see him score a huge pb. Well done mate, you deserved it.

I went back to the drift with Michael but it never came in as strong so just as we decided to head back the wind totally switched off.

Another awesome day on this totally amazing lake.

IS94/CASP50 RAM5.8 Choco27/Sammy special 25

Very light to start with gradually built up to a steady 20

I had a ball out there especially when I swapped boards over to the SP50 - until the wind just switched off

Woo f***** hoo!!!!!!!!! What an awesome days sailings.

Crusing around on slalom board then the sea breeze started really picking up. Did a few runs over the other side and upwind to do bear aways back on the run past the cars. It was sweet fun. Got a pb on the 112 Falcon of 35.91 so went in and thought Id try the 7.0 on Falcon 79. Worked a treat.

Started doing runs hard upwind then bearing off into not so flat water but still sweet. Got a couple of 36's & 37's then got lucky. Overpowered on the 7.0 so just held it and let her run. Lucky gust and just in the right spot at the right time. Felt so good and even got the eyes shaking after I pulled up.

Pulled up next to Rexy. He had been up at the Drift and got a pb. Looked at the gps and did a double take. Asked him to verify and it was a 39.71 on the dial, Yeeeeeewwwwwwwwww!!! Decided to try for more but the wind really started dying.

Came in on such a natural high, beers arent even touching the side. Stoked to do it on a 7.0 as well.

 Falcon 112, Falcon 79, Evo IV 7.0, custom weedys 25 and 19.

So much for a no wind day again! I spent too much time up at the drift and missed out on the strongest wind. But what a great day!!!

Congrats on the PBs guys. Smoking Larko - hefty PB mate well done. I have been using my 7.1 on the Falcon 79 lately and despite it being at the top of the sail range for the board I agree, it feels totally comfy. Falcon 79 forever! Hope to see even more PBs gents with the nice forecast coming up! no pressure Laughing
