LG - Life is Good - Day 5

Originaly I wasnt going to sail, getting fatigue and need a day off but was feeling guilty not sailing it and Jamie was coming for a sail, so decided to join the party . Nothing serious, just a quick blast I thought, end up sailing another bloody 70kss!!

I setup for a lazy sail (not like jamie ah ah ah ), easy on muscles... I am struggling to recover!

Again, wind was gusty and shifty like yesterday, must be the arvo wind standard! the other boys been sailing way early that us and apparently the wind was better!! Mesured 16-20 knts

Good fun to have a teaser to mr bob, and catch up with Red again, welcome back body

Great to be back at Liptons!!!!, Nice to have a great big crew to share it with, some PBs were had as well.

I went with the 5.8 on the 48 with keefs 17cn deltoid

Where we are going who needs speed boards!!!!

Lilacs with the rest of the crew, went out oon the bigger board was having some fun for the first 3/4's of and hour til I made an Elmo suzed dent in the water totaly lunching a gybe, unfortunately that crash also lunched the front of my board, stuff it was the thought and stayed out.

Was a bit of fun running down the sand bar , a bit daunting at the shallow ends, due to my recent aversion to the shallow stuff, didd'nt help doing my stunt muppet work a few more times.

Went and had a go at an hour, seriously pleased and not a little bit surprised to find a PB as there were 2 major dismounts in it.

Felt a bit underpowered with the 6.4 realistically should have been on at least a 7 for the conditions, flat makes things to easy to be underpowered.

Pretty happy with the Naughty as it has a gybe in it

Back into it again tomorrow with the promis of stronger winds.

Dinner at the Pub was brilliant
