It was a shock how much breeze we got, but lots of fun. Nice sailing with hannu.

First time on the 5.1 (or any sail smaller than about 6.0 ever) today. The sail still needs a fair bit of tuning, namely in the cam tension, so no gybes today, but by golly it was fun! Loving LG: Woohoo!!!!

3592 days ago Wellington Point, QLD, AU, Falcon 104, Daytona 5.4 and MKII fin 29cm. Even on low tide it was way too choppy for me and the wind was too strong. They were measuring 25+ knots in the gusts. That was not supposed to happen till tomorrow. Anyway I went out to see if I could sail in the lulls but no go. Mark said it was too rough for him though he was pulling 34 or 36 knot runs through the chop and Martin was getting good speeds on his old Speed, though he was not using 8.6m sail this time. Oh to be at LG would be wonderful. Congratulations guys.
