Lake George, SA, AU. Wind's up.. forecast for 25-30k. Inshore it was 15-22k at 11.30 SSE. and gusty but more substance to the gusts. We hit the water and thankfully rigged small.Pretty strong and choppy in the middle.

Saw Rob Chris and Pete heading up to the run and get some great runs down the strip. Very hard work heading up with small fins but worth it for the runs.I know Chris has a PB and Pete two, so well done!! And also now to add Rob with Three PB's.... Teriffic!!

Lots of people out and plenty of smiles all round. We saw Adam over the other side smashing out some good runs on his own. Hoping you get that 40. Salty Nic is really charging today and Daffy and others giving top tips.We know she's has a couple of good results, so we'll have to wait and see.Everyone's pretty stoked all 'round . I had a nice short sail today, but rig better tuned and had a couple of nice runs as well as a couple of shots at the nautical over to 'Cockies.' Top day!!! 79, 23, 5.0.

Lake George, SA, AU

73 Speed, 4.6 Koncept, 21 Keef Brown Noser

Just could not get comfy today.  Think I went out nervous about using a cammed sail and had the wrong attitude from the start.  Stacks on my stacks on my stacks.  Feel a bit sad that I didn't make the best of my last day.  But still STOKED Cool

What an unbelievably SENSATIONAL trip.  AMAZING wind, AWESOME people.  Could not ask for more.  Will most definitely be back Laughing

HUGE ENORMOUS THANKS to everyone here and around Australia for their AWESOME company and encouragement this week.  MOST UNFREAKINGBELIEVABLY AWESOME SENSATIONAL SPORT AND PEOPLE.  Just feel so blessed and lucky CoolCoolCool

Lake George, SA, AU

Falcon 45, Vector Speed Weed 21, KA Race 6.3

Similar wind to yesterday, about 25kn base from the south with gusts to 30 (as measured by Daffy when he came to check out Cockies when I was rigging), but it seemed more consistent than yesterday. I was tempted to go up to 5 Mile for a run in the flatter water, but wow the wind felt so super consistent at Cockies so I had to give it a go. Fun session, and I sailed pretty well by myself with a brief visit from Andy for a few runs. Ran upwind to the weather station and then sat and waited for the right moment to start the run, did the run, long, long, long fast gybes well outside of Alpha teritory and then tack back to the weather station. Repeat.

I am now physically and mentally bankrupt. Aching all over from racing through the chop on the baby Falcon, but I am so happy with the outcome, and every run was exhilerating. Saw the numbers climbing each run. Did another couple after I saw 40 on the screen to try and do a little more just to make sure, but I had nothing left in me, absolutely zero.......

Thanks again to Red for all his wise words and coaching.

I would say that we will see heaps of Marauder PBs today.
