another long day on the water with plenty of the boys on tour out making it good fun day. i started the day with a 1 hour on the high tide it was the hardest one i've ever done very rough and over powered with a 5.2 on the 55 ,the wind then started to die out gradually the rest of the day. did some speed runs on the 45 and 5.2 bit under done.changed to the 88 and 5.6 for some alphas

Today would have been as good as Marion gets if the low tide was 2 hours earlier. Still a great sail but could have been epic. Wind backed right off just as the tide was at a perfect height. I was on pace for a PB 1hour and with 20 mins to go the wind dropped off. NM was in my 1hr. Great to see Chris, Tim and Jonathon there too, great work guys.

Very flat water at Dorans, bit gusty too. Wind was very NNE for there. Should have gone to Marion but the low tide put me off and the thought of no one else there. Looks as though there was a good turn out at Marion in the end. Oh well.
