Sanctuary Point, NSW, AU

Isonic 80, TRXI 6.3, Vector WS 25

What a top Sunday blasting away with some Gustbusters - TP, Brenden, NBR, Matt and the boys.

Blue sunny skies, warm water and a fresh southerly.

Most of the time was spent jumping the chop and having a good time. Even amazed myself with some decent jibing in choppy part.

Sans Souci, NSW, AU || 15-20 S

RS3/ Koncept 7.5/ Vmax 37 and a few runs with RS5 and Canefire 42

Good fun, wind up and down as usual, got stronger soon after I derigged, but was too tired to rig again...

Sans Souci, NSW, AU.  6.5m Titan on both the 85L Rocket to start and then the S4.  Wind was up and down, my fin hit a half filled bottle of water with the lid on which launched me forward, landing on the sail.  Nothing broken which was good, fast day in the chop.

Come on guys, join me to thank Nigel for his relentless contribution to our team ! Nigel blossomed in these short 3 years, I still remember his first post on seabreeze when he was stoked to have achieved 20 knots. Since then he has scored at least a couple of pbs on almost every session. He also has been continuously involved in research of new and better brands of sails, fins and boards; he has as well made everlasting friendships with t-shirts suppliers and racing software developers Smile Its time for him to spread his wings, we are too relaxed probably to be able to support his talent. Still good as friends I hope. Good luck , Nigel , see you around ! Smile

Guys, it's been great being a member of the DDs. I will continue to sail at Botany, Primbee and even occasionally at Sanctuary Point, so I will see you all as much as I ever did. The team is really strong these days. I can recall a few days over the last couple of winters that I was the only DD on the water and I didn't register a score, but I know that will be diferent this winter with so many keen sailors on the team now. You're a good bunch of blokes and I know my departure won't change the DD team spirit. And I will still text you all to tee-up a sail. All the best guys. See you on the water soon. Peace
