The desparados very light on today, came in late and only peaked to about 16knots. Hardie on the biggest gear, Stroppo second biggest gear, and Boz on a 54 AB and 7.5 sail. All good though the little board felt good under foot with some potential when the wind does pick up, might have also had something to do with the 25cm fin, what's strange it actually held up well with such a large sail.

Fun cruise with Lunny, marginal wind (15 or 16 knots) for the freeride kit.

Challenge I set myself is to do a NM within 2 knots of my peak - had to really work the swells today to overcome the lack of power.

Waited a while for the wind to get up over 15knots. By the time I got out the it was close to sunset so I only had a about 30 minutes out there. Looks like the seabreezes are overFrown

I am glad it wasn't a complete waste of time.

A bit disappointing wind wise. By the time the wind came in (just) it was getting late so I didn't even leave home.

You know it was a bad day when Boz only did 12 km. I think you did well to get going at all. Not exactly a light wind combo.

Good going to improve on our nm today given the lack of wind. Good to have the nm king posting again.

Lunny, it looks like you may have got speed of the day. How did the injured leg hold up?
