Hard days work!

Started of early with a 6.4 and slalom board then the wind really kicked in. The only option was to go to a 5.8 and speed board just to survive. The wind was there to go really fast today but the water just didn't cooperate. Way to rough which really minimised the number of bearaways.

It was great to see a multitude of crazies out on the water enjoying the ballistic breeze.

6.4 & 5.8 evo7, 56cm wide slalom board Chester 3, 46cm wide speed board Neil and a number of weed fins 23cm down to 19cm.

Primbee late afternoon from 4pm.  Expected to encounter night owl MT with a head torch but he'd been and gone. 20 knot average WSW with gusts into the low 30s.

Wild conditions for the first half an hour then at 4:30 it started to calm down a bit.  At 4:20 I was contemplating packing it in and heading home happy with a participation award and nothing broken but glad I hung in there.  Positively dangerous just to stand down-wind of your gear in some of those bullets.

Lovely and warm air temp.

Fanatic Falcon 80l, MUF Delta XT 20 (performed faultlessly all afternoon), Neil Pryde RS Slalom Mk II 5.8 - had to dust the cobwebs off.

Out with Dieter, Phil and our kitesurfing convert mate (and a couple of crazy paddleboard doing a downwinder from Kanahooka to Primbee.

Quick sail after work , too much chop was hard to find some decent smooth sections that were not too shallow.

Primbee, NSW, AU  nice afternoon  sail, way too strong at first but the wind calmed down a bit and some nice smooth water was to be had.

Smokin' speeds MT!  Seems like I've got to get me a speedboard if I'm gonna break 40 knots by the time I turn 40!

Good to see our team represented. No wind too strong to have a go as long as you can afford to repair any damage to gear. Well done gents.

Ekers, I'm going to sell my 2017 Manta Speed 54. I'm happy with the 95 Rocket... does everything I need, so looking to down size my quiver to 2 boards.

Thanks for the thought Nigel - might be jut a bit close to my 80l Falcon which is 55 wide and 80l.  I'm thinking around the 49cm wide might be good

Definitely too close. The 49 would be faaaaast. Doesn't Keef have one he never uses - or did he sell that?
