Yeeehaaaa !! After yesterday's dissappointing sail I was at work all day thinking I was going to miss it all again.

Rocked up to see Bushy, Nigel & Ken derigging and Eckers & Keef still out there. Rigged the Loft 6.3 iSonic W49 and the Kestrel 17 as it was very low water again. I was well powered on the 6.3 but the Kestrel kept losing it in the choppy conditions when above 35kts. Sailed in and borrowed Keef's 18cm Carbon weedie. Went back out, man what a difference, didn't lose the fin for the rest of the arvo. A few good bearaways behind the weedbergs. Top run had a 41.12kt on the dial. Had one brown shorts moment where I hit a weedberg at about 38kts, just regathered it after nearly going over the front. Chris and Phil came out later too. Happy days !!

Primbee, NSW, AU      I am getting old, went home early for a afternoon siesta! A lot of over 30kt gusts today

39kts at 1.00 on the green pole, not as violent as yesterday but still super strong.

The tide was going out through the day and the weed beds are gettng thicker.

Primbee, NSW, AU W up to 35 knots or so

Great fun with some of the team and a few other fanatics. Started off on the 80 and was suffereing a bit of spinout so chnged fins and felt much better. The conditions were very good for NM's with the wind filled in across the run for some of the time. Stopped for a bite to eat and decided to swap over to the speed board - bad move! Just couldn't get comfortable and had a mega stack going past 37 knots on a bearaway. Surprisingly the fin let go and the rail caught . Ouch! One broken boom , but amazingly everything else ok. Was able to get back to base and fit a new boom but things didn't feel good. Kept hitting the bottom and once a hidden log/stick or pot that nearly sent me over the handle bars (again). The fin has a jagged leading edge now! Time to throw in the towel.Cry

I'll have to think about what all the spinning out is about....!

Afternoon session at Primbee.  6.3 North RAM, Falcon 80l, MUF Delta XT 20.  Bit disappointed in the 2 sec as I hooked onto two cranking bullets, in flat water, fully beared away and locked in for acceleration but speeds came up well short of expectation.  Better get the MUF Delta XT 20 fitted to the new (old) speedboard for the next westerly.

Primbee, NSW, AU

GOT JIPPED!!! Thought I had a PB as the GPS said 35.51knts!!! Oh well awesome day on the water anyways a lot better than yesterday. Very choppy when the wind came in at the end of the session and could no longer see the weed bergs when the sun started reflecting off the chop. Had some scary moments in some of those bullets but pulled through. Had an intense drag race with nudie and eckers (where I thought I got the PB)...Going to be sore tomorrow...

Primbee, NSW, AU GT-31 Laughing

Well got the carpark to only find Isaac sitting and watching in that lovely motor home. “Kelly I want one Innocent

It didn’t look like yesterday but defiantly a 7.0 to start the day.

Then I heard this loud sound, sounded like Nicki Minaj – Sound The Alarm Yep it was Ken the Legend.

Then everyone was coming good to see the same faces that attend Primbee.

Cleaning my fin from Yesterdays job of relocating the Farm  fields of weed beds into the shallows.

Got out and was comfortable and at all times I did wish I had a little bigger sail but at the end of the day it was on the money...

Had a rest at Windang in between the white poles and then and only then here comes Poseidon “Ferret” Roosting into a Gibe another Champion...

Was watching some of the guys doing the tree hugging thing as its super low tide  and witnessed some dismounts I hope you are all OK..

Had a drag racer with some of the boys now thas fun "SENDING IT"

Missing my Brothers from other mothers and the rest of the team as well, and my Sister from another mother ....

NP RS FLIGHT 6.2 + TABOU SPEEDSTER 100 + UFO CRAB POT = Confrontable set up loving the NP sails just love the smile on the dial all the time FUN

Dad, cake, coffee, tea and schonners  Cool tomorrow

Detlev well done cracking another PB. Sounds like you are running into the shallows, you haven't put wheels on the board have you?

Brother great K's and as always solid speeds especially on the NM. With the distance sailing you rmind me of the sisters recent efforts
