Just one of those days windy when the rain clouds come over and super light in the sun. Started on the 8.4 had one rain squall which i was a bit over powered so swithced to the 7.7 which handled it ok. Funny day but good to get out on a few nice gusts.

JP Supersport 118L; NP V8 7.0m; 31cm JP Weedy & Fangy Fin 24

Got there pretty early and the wind was still a little north so launched from the northern carpark.

Weed was really thick and the JP fin was grabby. Had a couple of heart in mouth moments on the rope weed.

Come in and chatted to Slugger went back out for a few more runs as the wind was swinging to the WSW more.

Came in again swapped fins to the 24cm FF that Ross brought down. Much better upwind height and less grab.

Got the Alpha PB on that fin up near the creery bank.

Stoked to finally get a +20Kt alpha
