hi all ,its great to be back on the water after i think about 8 months have been off mountain biking,it was good sail on the sandbar but i was a bit rusty.

Hum its been a while, too long me think. Thought i had my shit together, trotted down to water yep all looks good. right, hop on, lean back, slide into the straps, hook into harness oops its not there! quick jibe back up to car ah there it is. Ok try again.

So nice to be scooting around with Perks and sammy the seal made a brief appearance.
