First sail back after broken rib. Bit nervious at first but no pain!!! 5-20 knots with a few rain squalls coming though. Unfortunately had to get home 20 minutes after the rain cleared & wind filled in. But better than sitting at home wondering what if.

Gear: Futura 104L, Gator 6.0 changed down to 5.3 and 30 BP fin. Good combo for this 70kg oldy!!

Light wind day which would be a good day for Wello.
Water was super flat and glassy I think due to lighter wind.
Saw Daffy go down into the big lake so I went down to explore and did a few runs along the speed strip sandbar it was ok and the run back with Daff chasing me was fun which took 4 runs up wind to get back.

Started early on IS120, Tempest 8.4 - Very patchy and generally not planing..
Then the wind kicked in so changed to Patrik 115 &Tempest 7.0.
5 to 25 knots and very short sharp chop so gave up about lunchtime..
Good blast with Chrisso..
And good first sail on my new 8.4 & 7.0
Very impressed with the 7.0 - good bototm end and could still hold it down in the strong bullets that came through..
