Massive adventure. Started out in all sorts. No pretuning into a maxed out "breeze"Surprised

Well after half hour it was feeling like a foil and started to behave. Too powered up to go fast but fun all the same. Some big bullets coming through with minimal warning. Made for some but clenching moments.

My first run a Boombas and a memorable one at that.

Rigged the 6.2 and at one stage i was thinking of heading back for the speed board and 5.5. I did notice the wind starting to drop but with big black clouds looming in the distance i thought it would only be short lived how wrong i was!

I'm not sure how far from the cars i was but it was a F%#King long way with lightening building on the horizon i thought it best to de-rig my carbon antenna and wade my way back home.

A big thanks to Lunny and Johnski for the rescue mission,  it was quite a site watching the lightening crack over head whilst being towed in.

Really happy with my results and it was good to be back sailing Smile

I just noticed Craig you missed the reef by a couple of feet, did you see the marker posts, and avoid it?
