Fangyland for a very pleasant plod around the paddocks with Iain. Anita arrived later to do the sunset shift and keep the crabs entertained.

Party Barge 310, Simmer SCR 7.8, FF24. Low teens average wind strength, lowish tide and a host of grumpy crabs at the Nairns end. POst more later.

MAnaged to get out at a reasonable hour tonight and had a gtreat short seesion with Hards and Decrep out at Liptons.

Prominantly just doing runs across the gap, did a couple of squirts on the home side just before flagging it.

Shoulder held up well although some Voltarin is on the menu tonight.

silver sands, ka race 7.9 115v2 patrik 38 carbon lockwood was trying to get a good hour but was not possible due to the wind as there where big holes of no wind but overall happy with a pb in the ocean in 2sec, 5 by 10sec, hour, nautical and distance.

Had fun introducing Waricle to liptons and PT Grey, with Slugger, hardie and Elmo.

Wind was a bit stronger than the other day, at least it was when I measured it.

Tide was lower though, so had to be careful in the shallows, but waricle did go in too far a couple of times.

I was underboarded with the 48cm should have gone with the 53, the 6.2 koncept with 19cm deltoid worked OK, felt nice in the gusts.

Back wasn't too bad, Waricle did a good job on my downhaul, worst thing was getting booties on and off, I'm going to have a quiet day tomorrow!

There is an alpha in here, it's hiding under the NM
