Kinda good session, wind didn't come in til I was hurting, but never came in to forecast strengths.
Some nice runs across the gap (when there wasn't a huge lull in the middle) .
Packed up when the shoulder was complaining to much.
Good sailing with Mark, Tim, Mike, Bruce and Strop

1829 days ago Fangyland. BoM got it wrong, but no surprises there. What was a surprise was all the old farts coming out of hibernation. Remery turned up with a wheelchair access van and Basil the Bully was at his unkind worst and spent sometime bullying NuFin, but then turned on the real innocents, like me. Just when I thought it couldn’t hurt any more, Oaf turned up in is budgie smugglers. I am booking a psych appt on Monday to help with the healing that must now occur.
The sailing was tedious in the extreme to begin with, but eventually there was enough for some cruise time on the Barge. Stretch handed out a master class on extracting speed from zephyr strength wind and running on water when you a half way through a gybe and a drought hits leaving your board stuck in the earth and you running like hell.
Obviously Stretch had not being paying attention, because as the host with the most, I had selflessly ploughed into the dirt and launched myself around the handle-bars and wrenched a whole heap of muscles on the way through just minutes previously. Cap’n Nurofen is riding high now! Despite all that, ‘twas an enjoyable arvo and great to catchup with a few faces.
Top Ten Fangy fudged forecast Day.
Looking forward to the carnage from Leeman now…
Forecast for tomorrow from all the other forecasters than BoM, looks pretty good, so hopefully we will get a powered up splash.

A bit more sun fun and laughterr out on fangys patch again. I was plaining along most of the time, no probs. I dont know what the
others, (fangy) was complaining about. I was no the old 48 board, with 5.8sail and El50/18cm weedy and had no,no problem.
Anyway I had fun in the sun. And for those that may think I'm in trouble... well no, its all OK, noting to worry about, ha.

Stretch (31360km):
1829 days ago 2 categories Coodanup, WA, AU. FF113/SCR7/MUF24. Fangy captured it pretty well, it was pretty tedious at first, but it ended up a fun day. Not enough for good speeds, but it was good fun on the smooth up towards Boundary Island. That area is going to go OFF if we ever get any decent wind. Bit embarrassing that I ran aground on my gybe and Fangy spotted it, because he had only 5mins earlier explained exactly where not to go - what can I say, no sense of direction?

Fun at Fungees. Got there as the guys were packing up, with just Stretch on the water. He was getting off by the time I was rigged but turned round and kept me company in the dwindling breeze. Nice to get a few good planing runs accross the bay.
