LG, 2021Koncept6.6, SP47, AtomicWeedWeapon22, nice combo rockets across the wind locked and loaded.  6.6 is a beast and pulls hard, yet to try it in beast mode on upper eyelet wind wind lighter or just wanting more pow powCool.

Late sesh almost as much wind as yesterday, bit light on around the edges in the gybes at times.   Shot upwind first only to have a harness line let go once I got up top.  Spread Eagled it back over to 5mile grabbed some breath before winding it up for Nauty back to Cockys runway numero uno.

Swapped the HL over and headed back out to chase Mat back n forth off Cockys.  Before long the other HL went broke n elasto on the otherside, so sent it again back to Cockys from upwind for another hi speed approach down numero uno past the Branch Tower n hard on the Dunlops before taxiing across the Lil Cocky weed bed.

Gut was telling us not to go back out, so quit whilst ahead and took in the golden hour scenery and the lake frothing on itself.

Been a good week with good crew as usual and some good conditions to be content with, wave sail was a nice bonus but its time to round up the wagons n circle back east.

Lake George, Vic.

Six days in a row of 20 knots plus winds. It's not called the Golden Lake for nothing. Not sure if I could handle another day without a rest day. Not a real choice anyhow as the run of wind looks like it has ended for a few days.

I measured the wind at 18-25 knots when I rigged, but it was gusting high 20's when I finished. Still good on the 5.7m, but well lit for sure. Tongue out

Had a cruise around and then tried a few speed runs in the glassy patch below the island. It was good fun so I stayed there for almost the whole session, getting slightly faster as the wind filled in a bit. I thought I had some great footage of Andy Sails and Tone, but it looks like my camera turned itself off.Yell

Did I say I love blasting around on the IS80? Laughing
