Stretch (30716km):
1183 days ago Glory Holes, Australind, WA, AU. FF113/SCR7, then FF89. No Australia Day problems down here, easy to get a park and no stink boats to dodge. Better than expected sail, high tide but great fun blasting over the chop. Happy with the Nauty in those conditions. 4 other windsurfers out, I think I spotted a late arrival by Zuls as I was packing up

Decrepit (54506km):
1183 days ago 2nd rehab session at lipton, much better than the first. Wind was stronger, but still gusty and choppy. I tweaked my hip a bit water starting in the deep, having to push the board around with the crook leg. But feel OK now.
Made a bit of progress on the 76 rankings, I'm no longer last.
O yes, used the 55cm board, 6.2 koncept and 26cm@45 weedy same as last time
