Melville Beach, WA, AU.   Wind was a bit gusty but had the place to myself in the sun. Was considering quitting as nothing special when Windxtasy turned up so felt I should stick around to keep her company.   As soon as she came out wind booted in nicely and had a way better than expected session.   Tide was super low and sandbar was just deep enough to clear on northern side with my 22 fin but Anita got bogged with her 24.   I think 2 sec PB for me at Melville.    Another sailor joined us but no one else on the water.  Could have kept going but had other stuff I wanted to do.  120 Tabou Rocket, 7.8 Severne Overdrive M2, FF22

Marginal wind that had Flex planing about half the time when I arrived, but by the time I rigged the wind had dropped and Flex was mostly putting around.

I would have left, but the sun was out, and having rigged already, and being in need of some excercise, I suited up and headed onto the water.

It turned out I had timed it well. The wind picked up again as I hit the water. It was gusty but reasonably consistent and I was planing most of the time. The 7 m sail was quite a load on my unfit body, but I had fun. I am sure I will feel it tomorrow.
