Fangyland with Basil and Renee. I got one run in before those two wind assassins got on the water and killed it faster than a Scomo backflip.

On the plus side, moving everything back on the WT Cruise made a huge difference when planing. I don't think it was any worse getting on to the plan either, and still far more stubborn for its size (130litres)  than you would think.

Avalon 6.3 for go-go juice and it is simply a delight to use. FF18 V4 was nice and slick when the wind was blowing, thereafter it was an acceptable plough in the weed. Hopefully tomorrow the road blocks and detour signs will work a bit better at keeping out the rif-raff and Huey won't be tempted to go home early.

Wind didn't fill in til late so all the elite sailors had gone or were going by the time I got there.

Sailed with Jake and Guy.

Jake is the destroyer.

Peel Inlet, WA, AU Hmm ,numbers a lot lower than the Garmin ,like 10 knots for 2 sec

Mike here, just corrected the 2s and 5x10, KA72 had badly short changed them.

and here's the pretty pencils

Guy, if you're using KA72 to analyse the motion data, you can expect downgraded numbers for the 2s.

Send me your files I'll have a look.

Those numbers do look seriously wrong! comparing 2s, 5X10 with the others, they don't make any sense.
